HOW PHA-DO-SI WORKS
PHA-DO-SI enables seamless, real-time communication between automation systems and door infrastructure. When an AGV, AMR or central control system approaches the door, the system receives the request, verifies all required safety, access and priority conditions, sends the appropriate command to the door and continuously reports operational status back to the central system.
In smart industrial workflows, PHA-DO-SI can also support coordinated passage management, for example when multiple robots interact with the same access point and priority-based passage needs to be controlled.
This creates a controlled feedback loop for smooth, safe and synchronized door operation in automated cleanroom and smart industrial environments.

1 SIGNAL RECEIVED
PHA-DO-SI receives a request from an AGV, AMR, automated system or central control platform as it approaches the door. The system identifies the signal source and initiates real-time communication with the door infrastructure.
2 CONDITION CHECK
Before movement is activated, the system verifies access permissions, safety sensors, current door status and operational conditions. This helps prevent uncontrolled activation and supports safe passage through the controlled environment.
3 COMMAND EXECUTION
Once all required conditions are confirmed, PHA-DO-SI sends a validated command to the door system for opening, closing, locking or another configured operation.
4 DOOR OPERATION
The door opens or closes according to the validated command, allowing AGVs, AMRs, personnel or automated processes to pass safely and smoothly.
5 FEEDBACK LOOP
After completion, status and operational data are sent back to the central system, closing the feedback loop and enabling monitoring, diagnostics and traffic coordination.
